The Dining Services of Midland Lutheran College has worked hard to design a meal program guaranteed to meet your individual needs. You've got plenty on your mind: classes, sports, clubs, community service etc., so we've made it our goal to make sure that you won't have to worry about finding something great to eat when you want it. Check out the many exciting opportunities you have to use your meal plan in this website, then let us know what we can do to make it even better! We want Midland Lutheran College to have the best college dining service there is, and with your help we can do it!
wE'VE GONE TRAYLESS!!
Midland Lutheran College and Sodexo wanted to "GO GREEN" and help our environment by reducing our carbon footprint. Without the use of trays Midland will save 1300 - 2000 gallons of water each week. We will reduce electricity and chemical usage. Trayless dining will substantially diminish food waste and will provide an overall positive impact on student health by discouraging overeating.
Many colleges across the United States have joined in the effort to help the environment. Some of the local colleges include University of Nebraska - Lincoln, Creighton University, Wayne State College and Concordia. Midland Lutheran will now be added to the list of colleges making an effort to save our environment!
ZERO TRANS-FAT
Sodexo uses zero trans-fat oil products in all foodservice operations nationwide. Zero Trans-Fats products include salad dressings, sauces, soups, breads, muffins, cereals, pasta, breaded chicken, eggs, tortillas, oils and a range of other items.
